Power Pop Blast is a highly destructive and color-explosive puzzle game derived from the classic bubble shooter genre. Players control a cannon firing colored balls, aiming precisely to shoot and match colors with the encroaching clusters of colored blocks or spheres above to shatter them. How to Play
At the bottom of the screen, you control a cannon loaded with a specific colored ball. Above hangs a cluster of variously colored obstacles. Dragging your finger on the screen displays an aiming line (often with reflection trajectories); release to fire the ball. When your ball hits two or more obstacles of the same color, they explode and are cleared. If you hit a different color, your ball sticks to it. As you keep shooting, the top cluster may slowly descend. Your goal is to clear them via color matching before they touch the bottom line, completing level-specific tasks (like rescuing trapped characters or clearing a set number of colored blocks).
Beginner Tips
- Use bank shots (billiards logic): Don't just shoot straight. Bounce your shots off the side walls to bypass front obstacles and precisely hit clusters of the same color hidden in the back.
- Sever the connection (cut the root): Carefully observe the cluster's structure. If you can clear the small section connected at the very top, everything hanging below will drop and be cleared due to lack of support—highly efficient.
- Check the next ammo: Next to the cannon, the color of your next ball is usually displayed. If your current ball has no good targets, you can often tap the cannon to swap the firing order of the two balls.
- Aim high: Whenever possible, try to shoot into gaps high up. Piling bullets on the lowest layer only brings the death line closer to you.
- Don't waste special balls: Fireballs or bombs will spawn, ignoring colors to destroy a large area directly. Save them for the trickiest, most color-cluttered sections.

Thread-the-needle shooting: Advanced players master the aiming line to thread the ball through a millimeter-wide gap between two close obstacles, striking the core weak point inside.
Proactive stacking setups: When neither of your colored balls has a good target, don't shoot randomly. Intentionally stack them in a harmless corner, even grouping identical colors on purpose to prep for a massive clear later.
Color isolation tactics: Observe which color is the scarcest on the board. If you can prioritize wiping that color out entirely, the pool of bullet colors generated for you will shrink, drastically lowering the difficulty.
